Student - 1st year International Master of Biomedicine
was Intern in House of Transgenes team for 6 months
I have studied 2 years of Molecular Medicine at the University of Regensburg in Germany. In my third year I had the opportunity to study at the University of Newcastle, Australia. During this 12 months I was able to do an internship at the Hunter Medical Research Institute, where I got insights in their research about lung cancer and COPD.
I was joining Jake Wintermute's team in the CRI and was focusing on anti-tuberculosis drug discovery.
In September 2020 I began with the 'International Master of Biomedicine' in Luxembourg, France and Germany.
Motivation
I like dealing and combining the different branches of science to understand how life works and to improve medical therapy. It’s a great privilege for me to gain this knowledge. Therefore, I am eager to learn, and most important: I enjoy my study!
